• Store it in a dry place, preferably in its original packaging, when not in use.

Exchange Policy:

Color & Texture Variations: Due to differences in screens, monitors, and lighting during photoshoots, slight variations in color or texture may occur. Exchanges will not be accepted on this basis.

Requesting an Exchange: Notify our Instagram team (@eirasofficial) with your order number and exchange details within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, tagged, and packed in their original condition along with the COD receipt. Missing any of these will make the exchange ineligible.

Inspection Process: Our team will conduct a final quality check before processing the exchange.

Processing Time: Once an exchange request is approved, processing may take 5-7 business days before dispatching the replacement item.

Return & Refund Policy:
Returns are only accepted in cases where a defective or incorrect item was sent.

No pick-up service is available. Customers must arrange return shipping.

If the error is on our end, we will reimburse the return shipping cost (standard courier service) and cover the cost of resending the exchanged item.

Customer Responsibility for Non-Defective Exchanges: If a customer wishes to exchange an item for size or any reason other than a defect/wrong item, they will be responsible for both return and re-shipping costs.

Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
