• Keep away from direct contact with perfume, alcohol, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
• Remove the cuff before showering, swimming, or exercising.
• Store in a dry place, preferably in its original packaging, when not in use.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Color & Texture Variations:
Due to differences in screens, monitors, and lighting during photoshoots, slight variations in color or texture may occur. Exchanges will not be accepted on this basis.

Requesting an Exchange:
Contact our Instagram team @eirasofficial with your order number and exchange details within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements:
The arm cuff must be unworn, tagged, and packed in its original condition along with the COD receipt. Items missing any of these requirements will not be eligible for exchange.

Inspection Process:
Our team will conduct a final quality check before processing the exchange.

Processing Time:
Once an exchange request is approved, processing may take 5–7 business days before the replacement item is dispatched.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• Returns are only accepted if a defective or incorrect item was sent.
• No pick-up service is available. Customers must arrange return shipping.
• If the error is on our end, we will reimburse the return shipping cost through standard courier service and cover the cost of resending the exchanged item.
• For non-defective exchanges, such as changing the item due to personal preference, the customer will be responsible for both return and re-shipping costs.
• Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
