• Avoid excessive exposure to water whenever possible.
• Keep away from direct contact with perfume, alcohol, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
• Remove the pendant before swimming, showering, or applying fragrances.
• Store in a dry place, preferably in its original packaging, when not in use.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Color & Texture Variations:
Due to differences in screens, monitors, and lighting during photoshoots, slight variations in color or texture may occur. Exchanges will not be accepted on this basis.

Requesting an Exchange:
Contact our Instagram team @eirasofficial with your order number and exchange details within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements:
Items must be unworn, tagged, and packed in their original condition along with the COD receipt. Items missing any of these requirements will not be eligible for exchange.

Inspection Process:
Our team will conduct a final quality check before processing the exchange.

Processing Time:
Once an exchange request is approved, processing may take 5–7 business days before the replacement item is dispatched.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

• Returns are only accepted if a defective or incorrect item was sent.
• No pick-up service is available. Customers must arrange return shipping.
• If the error is on our end, we will reimburse the return shipping cost through standard courier service and cover the cost of resending the exchanged item.
• For non-defective exchanges, such as changing the item for personal preference, the customer will be responsible for both return and re-shipping costs.
• Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
